The Main hall at the Ellendune Community Centre is 70' x 30' (21m x 9m) and is a very versatile room. It will accommodate 200 people seated (eg for a stage show) or 100 people dancing at a reception or presentation. There is also the added benefit of access to an outside patio and lawn area. This room is perfect for children's daytime parties, presentations, and meetings where a large space is required. There is an adjoining kitchen which can be hired with this room.

This facility is suitable for small groups for meetings or larger groups for theatrical/musical productions. The stage is professionally equipped with 3 lighting bars, curtains and flies. The stage has steps down to the Main Hall, steps down to the private wings and also boasts its own entrance. The Main Hall and Stage areas can be separated using a soundproofed screen

The Christine Spooncer suite is now the home of the Wroughton Library and has limited capacity so unsuitable for bookings outside the library opening times. Some small groups may be able to hire this room but please contact the office to check suitability.
